Register first and use your KJH registration reference as the payment description.
Unpaid bookings hold seats for two hours from registration. Check the deadline in your confirmation email and email your receipt promptly. Seats are released if no payment is recorded by the organiser before the deadline. Verified partial or full payments retain your reservation. If your hold has expired, contact the organiser before making payment.

Payment is confirmed after the organising team checks the bank transaction. Scanning the QR does not automatically update your registration.
